Creative Picknick

Are you ready to have fun with other WDKA students? Then join the Creative picnic!
During the Creative Picnic you will drink, eat and chat with the other students of the WDKA. The purpose of the picnic is for you to get to know the other students and make possible connections. But how do you get to know each other better and how can you make connections? During the Creative Picnic we will play a game together on the phone via the app Photo Roulette. When the game is played, various photos of projects will come up. Don't panic, you can select the photos yourself ;) With the game we guess who made curtain projects, this way we learn more about each other and about the projects. The Picnic is one of the foundations of a new friendship or a new collaboration!
Very nice a Creative Picnic, but how do you organize it?
The class representatives organize a new event every month, in October and May the Creative Picnic is organized. The class representatives are in a group app together. One person makes a date picker for the Creative Picnic to choose the right date. The date picker applies to the entire month from Monday to Friday. All class representatives complete this using the school calendar. This way we avoid that not one class has an important deadline or activity for study exactly on the date of the Picnic ;)

The date is set, now what?
After the date has been pinned, the class representatives will post the Creative Picnic invitation in the class group apps. This way, the other students will know what event will take place this month and what day it will take place on. To ensure that the students can also sign up directly, the class representatives also post the link of the Excel file in the group chats. The invitation and excel file link are listed below! Join the Creative Picnic!
This month we have another fun event lined up for everyone: The Creative Picnic. Join us for a picnic on [DATE] from [TIME] to [TIME]. Bring your most beautiful rug, your favorite drink and the most delicious snacks. During the Creative Picnic we will also play a game, of course! Make sure you have the coolest picture of the project you are working on in your camera. The explanation of the game will be explained during the Creative Picnic.

Creative Picknick
Ben jij toe aan gezelligheid met de andere WDKA studenten? Doe dan mee met de Creative picknick!
Tijdens de Creative picknick drink, eet en klets je heel wat af met de andere studenten van de WDKA. De bedoeling van de Picknick is dat jij de andere studenten leert kennen en eventuele connecties kan leggen. Maar hoe leer je elkaar beter kennen en hoe kan je de eventuele connecties leggen? Tijdens de Creative Picknick spelen we gezamenlijk een spel op de telefoon via de app Photo Roulette. Wanneer het spel gespeeld wordt, zullen er diverse foto’s van projecten voorbijkomen. Geen paniek, je kan zelf de foto’s selecteren ;) Met het spel raden we wie dit project heeft gemaakt, zo leren we meer over elkaar en over de projecten. De Picknick is één van de grondleggers van een nieuwe vriendschap of een nieuwe samenwerking!
Heel leuk een Creative Picknick, maar hoe organiseer je dat?
De klassenvertegenwoordigers organiseren maandelijks een nieuw evenement, in oktober en mei wordt de Creative Picknick georganiseerd. De klassenvertegenwoordigers zitten gezamenlijk in een groepsapp. Eén persoon maakt voor de Creative Picknick een datumprikker om de juiste datum te kiezen. De datumprikker geldt voor de gehele maand van Maandag tot Vrijdag. Alle klassenvertegenwoordigers vullen dit in aan de hand van de schoolagenda. Zo voorkomen we dat er niet een klas precies op de datum van de Picknick een belangrijke deadline of activiteit voor de studie heeft ;)

De datum is geprikt, wat nu?
Nadat de datum is vastgezet zullen de klassenvertegenwoordigers de uitnodiging van de Creative Picknick in de klassengroepsapps plaatsen. Zo weten de andere studenten welk evenement er deze maand zal plaatsvinden en op welke dag dit zal plaatsvinden. Om ervoor te zorgen dat de studenten zich ook direct kunnen aanmelden, plaatsen de klassenvertegenwoordigers tevens de link van het Excel bestand in de groepchats. De uitnodiging en de link van het excell bestand staan hieronder vermeld! Maak een screenshot van de uitnoging om deze te kunnen delen.

Deze maand hebben we weer een leuk evenement voor iedereen klaar staan: The Creative Picknick. Picknick gezellig met ons mee op [DATUM] van [TIJD] tot [TIJD]. Neem je mooiste kleedje mee, je favoriete drankje en de heerlijkste snacks mee. Tijdens de Creative Picknick spelen we natuurlijk ook een spel! Zorg ervoor dat je de gaafste foto in je filmrol hebt van het project waar je nu mee bezig bent. De uitleg over het spel zal tijdens de Creative Picknick worden uitgelegd.
Wij hebben er veel zin in!
